As a new employee, we want to ensure you have the resources you need to be successful. All new salaried employees will attend the New Employee Orientation (NEO) course. NEO is a combined two-day course to introduce the principals, practices, and cultural elements of Chemeketa Community College. Employees are also scheduled to meet with Human Resources staff for detailed benefits information.
