Welcome to Chemeketa Community College! The following is required information that you will need to know and follow as a condition of your employment with Chemeketa. As an employee of the college, it is important for you to be informed, aware, and follow the employment policies/procedures. Additional information can also be found on the college’s dashboard site.
New Employee Orientation
All new salaried college employees attend the New Employee Orientation (NEO) course. NEO is a combined three-day course including two days of principles, practices, and cultural elements of Chemeketa Community College and a half-day of “Benefits Orientation.” The outcome and objectives for NEO include not only integrating new hires but also providing skills to increase employee success and retention.
